On Episode #9, our Western Correspondent Brett Neilson is reviewing Antelope Island State Park in northern Utah, just a couple of hours outside of Salt Lake City.
This state park is small and has no hookups, but Brett raves about the clean, well-maintained sites and beautiful topography of the island. His family loves spotting wildlife on the trails, and also taking advantage of the educational programs available, including a junior ranger course.
Brett also recommends the following area attractions:
- Hill Air Force Base and Museum
- Lagoon Amusement Park
- Cherry Hill Waterpark
- USU Botanical Center
- Eccles Dinosaur Park
- Golden Spike National Monument
Listen for Brett’s insider tips on when to visit this pristine State Park, and how to book the perfect site.
